2016 SYSTEM UPGRADE

What does it mean for you?


Beginning Friday evening, October 28th
, FMB will undergo a system upgrade. You may experience minor interruptions as described below. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we know these enhancements will allow FMB to serve you better.


STATEMENTS

(Includes eStatements)

You will receive two statements for the month of October.

If you receive a month-end statement, you will receive an interim statement dated Friday, October 28th, that will include activity from October 1st through October 28th. This statement will not include interest or applicable service charges. You will then receive a statement dated October 31st which will only include activity for October 29th through October 31st plus interest and applicable service charges for the entire month of October. Beginning in November, month-end statements will be sent as usual.

If you receive a statement on a date other than month-end, your October statement will be sent as usual. You will receive an interim statement dated October 28th for activity from your regular statement date in October through and including Friday, October 28th. This statement will not include interest or applicable service charges. On November 15th, you will receive a statement which will include activity from October 29th through November 15th. This statement will include interest and applicable service charges from your last regular statement date in October through November 15th.

Beginning in November, all statements, other than month-end, will be sent on the 15th of each month.

DEBIT CARD

Limits may vary Monday morning, October 31st, for approximately 4 hours.

WEBBANKER

Online banking will be available in VIEW MODE ONLY beginning Friday, October 28th at 5:30 pm for approximately 24 hours.

ATMs

Unavailable Monday, October 31st.

BRANCH OFFICES

FMB office hours will remain the same throughout the system upgrade.
