IS DETECTED ON YOUR DEBIT CARD:


You will receive an email asking you to respond and confirm your transaction as either “fraud” or “no fraud.”

TEXT


IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND
TO THE EMAIL:


One minute later you will receive a text alert from 32874. The text alert has options for you to respond “yes” if the transaction is valid or “no” if the transaction is fraud.

PHONE CALL


IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND
TO THE TEXT ALERT:


Five minutes later you will receive an automated phone call for you to confirm or deny fraud. If fraud is confirmed you will be connected to a fraud analyst.
