The Silver Checking With Interest is for those who deserve all the traditional checking account benefits with no minimum balance required and no monthly maintenance fee. This account is open to our customers over 50 and Social Security Recipients. Enjoy free personal checks, free traveler's checks, free money orders, free cashier's checks, and free notary service. Also enjoy FMB Internet Bill Pay service free for three months. A $300.00 minimum deposit is required to open this account. Interest is compounded monthly on daily collected balances. A $1500.00 minimum daily balance is required to obtain disclosed annual percentage yield. Interest rates are based on different tier levels.

Money Market Accounts

Enjoy current market rates on your investable balances with Money Market Checking. A $2,500 minimum balance is required. There is no service charge unless your account balance is $2,499 or less, then a monthly fee of $10 is charged. Interest rates are based on different tier levels.
